PEPY ORPHANIDOU

A Naval Architect and Ocean Engineer with extensive experience in the maritime and offshore industries; she has served in these sectors in various positions, such as that of a vice president for quality assurance, general manager, manager of systems and support, project manager, and technical superintendent. During the course of her career, she has taken on several roles, such as those of trainer, inspector, and auditor, and has worked as a surveyor, in business development, and in plan approval for three major classification societies.

She graduated from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, with a B.Eng. (Hons.) degree and four prize awards for academic excellence. She later pursued research at the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK, leading to a M.Phil. degree in Marine Technology, and supplemented her studies with a diploma in ship management as offered by the National Sea Training Centre of the UK. Her unique business pursuit through OSEAN 360 is formulated on the strengths of her work associates, her vision, and her determination to bring change!
