SURVEYS
The company is particularly active in the field of surveys and inspections of, ships, offshore supply vessels (OSVs) and craft. We conduct general marine surveys such as:
- condition surveys
- collision and pollution surveys
- surveys on behalf of ship owners
- ship managers
- vessel sellers and/or buyers,
- cargo surveys and
- flag inspections.
OSEAN360 has a considerable track record of
- marine investigation surveys and of
- draught surveys.
In terms of numbers, we carry out on a yearly basis on average,
15 ship and OSV surveys on behalf of insurance companies, underwriters, and flag.
20 inspections of coastal and/or small passenger ships a year in accordance with national requirements.
1200 inspections of smaller craft (in accordance with the terms of contract with the national maritime administration in place at the time), and
several osmosis inspections.
NETWORK
OSEAN360 has teamed up with other professionals locally and overseas to weave a global network of experienced surveyors. We are well poised as part of the inspectors’ alliance to effectively respond to survey requests world-wide. Our local team comprises of four surveyors, three naval architects, and one mechanical engineer.
